Pricing Structure

Unity Sound Co is a Tech service and Rental business. We manually set up and run our speakers and will be present for the duration of the event. We DO NOT do pick up and drop off rental services unless special rapport has been made through consistent business with a person or place.

I, Pax Blanchard, have a decade plus of audio tech experience and I value my time, as a "tech service", around 20 dollars an hour for watching, monitoring, running, setting up, and tearing down sound systems. I factor this into pricing, as well as, storage of inventory, travel, lodging, length and complexity of events. Final prices may vary due to any of these additional factors.

All Accessories, stands, tables, shade, cables, extensions, etc will be provided by Unity Sound Co. All we require is solid grounded power connection / outlet / generator. Please let us know if Unity Sound Co will need to provide power for our system, this will effect the final price of the rental service.

Audio Packages

All packages include all Accessories, stands, tables, shade, cables, extensions, etc. All packages cost an extra $100 dollars per day if needed for longer than the initial set up date. To lock in a rental/event date on the official Unity Sound Co calendar you can pay in full in advance or pay a $25 dollar non refundable deposit. This helps with scheduling, cancellations, and accountability. If the event goes on as planned that $25 dollars will be credited to the final payment
